Reschedule and Late Policy

​

  • If you anticipate being late for your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I understand that unexpected situations arise, you will have a 15 minute grace period then appointment will be cancelled. Keep in mind being late does affect clients after you as well.

  • Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A new deposit is required to secure a new date and time.

  • Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be permanently prohibited from booking future sessions.

 

Guest Policy

​

  • Children and pets are not allowed in the studio.

  • More than 1 Guest are not permitted unless they are getting serviced. Please respect this policy and do not bring guests to your appointment.
